Gandhis' messages to people of India

Current generation of Nehru & Gandhi family members iterate two different statements for the 2009 Lok Sabha election. The congress leader, Rahul Gandhi says I don't have the experience to become a Prime Minister now. He told this when he was addressing people in a election campaign. Whereas rival BJP's Varun Gandhi says not only he is named as Gandhi also he works like Gandhi. Look at the messages this younger generation gives to the people of India.

One person says I am not experienced for the PM post and the other one praises himself for being working like Gandhi. Who is going to be a clear winner here, the people has to decide.

Dr. Singh became a real political guru

Prime Minister Dr. Manmohan Singh assured that he will change the face of Indian economy in just 100 days if he becomes PM again. He is becoming a real political leader during this election season. First time ever he made strong criticism against both left parties when he was campaigning in Kerala for not supporting new revolutions in India or implementations. He was referring to the IT revolution that was being created during Rajiv Gandhi's period. The left parties were against the IT policy introduced. And now they were not part of the nuclear deal signed between India and United States. He added that lefts always against India's development.

Now he has given assurance to change India in just 100 days by increasing the sops and stimulus packages. He also told that steps will be taken to get money from tax heavens like Swiss banks and use them in India.

Only Economists have to say, will this be possible in just 100 days?

Political leaders use Babur or Ram for electoral gains

BJP started with "Building Ram temple at Ayodhya" as its main agenda in the election manifesto. Who wants to build a temple at this controversial place. Let us first safeguard our existing temples, churches, mosques, etc.

Now Lalu takes Babur for his cheap politics. He is mentioning that Congress was also responsible for demolition of Babur mosque. Prime Minister Manmohan Singh tells Congress was not involved in anyway in the demolition of Babur mosque.

Why political leaders don't speak about common man's problem instead. When election comes, the leaders of various political parties dig out the old unwanted problems for their political gains. When, these leaders going to learn that with this kind of intention they are not going to stay in politics for long time.

Accused Varun contesting in polls

First of all why should we allow an accused to contest in elections? We are all proud that India is the largest democracy in the world, but we accept criminals as our representatives. Also we allow criminals booked under National Security Act(NSA) as candidates for the Lok Sabha election. NSA seems to one of the powerful law in our country and still not powerful as it should be.

Why the court left Varun Gandhi on parole. Who wants him to contest in polls and go for Parliament.

Why shouldn't we make our laws stricter? And ban all contestants who have criminal background. So that no criminal can contest in any form of elections in India. This way all elected representatives would be free from any charges and one day we will have a very clean democracy.

Congress and CPI(M) make cheap politics in TN

When the Lok Sabha election date is nearing, Congress President M/s. Sonia Gandhi making statements like SriLankan government should stop the war to safeguard Tamils. She also insisted SriLanka to give the necessary rights for Tamils and sent a letter to Tamilnadu Chief Minister M. Karunanidhi regarding this. Earlier the CPI(M) general secretary Prakash Karat came to Chennai for releasing his party's election manifesto in tamil version. Then he said that the war against Tamils in SriLanka should be stopped.

The congress government and other parties didn't even mind to condemn about the merciless killings when the SriLankan government was in full swing to eradicate Tamils from its soil in the previous months. Now they are very much interested in this to gain vote from Tamils. Sonia Gandhi remember very well that, her alliance has got 40 seats from Tamilnadu and Pondicherry in the 2004 election. Keeping that in mind she wish for more Lok Sabha seats from the state.
